I conceptualised this together with an art director for the internal incentive scheme to motivate staff to sell more handsets. With the Superstars theme, the client decided on Tennis this year, so we go behind the locker rooms and find out what coach has to say to the players, and tactics on how to score as well as the cash incentives and attractive prizes for top sellers.
I also write their monthly tactical emails (in the coach persona) to motivate them to increase sales around the tennis gaming metaphors.
